Does your employer match?

Many companies match what their employees give to nonprofits like our PTA. That can double your gift at no cost to you. Last year, 15 Rooster families had their donations matched.

How to get your donation matched

Four steps

Donate on this page. Zeffy will email you a tax receipt. Keep it.
Ask your employer if they match gifts. Check with HR, or look for a giving portal such as Benevity, YourCause, or CyberGrants.
Find us in the portal. Search by our name or our EIN (both are below).
Submit your match request and attach your receipt. Your employer sends the match straight to the PTA.

What is it? +

November 6 to 20, your RSE PTA will host our first big in-house fundraiser.
Your student will bring home a donation badge to request donations from family and friends nationwide.
Along with supporting many programs and events, as well as staff and student grants, this year your PTA is raising money to add a shade structure to the playground.
The Rooster Springs PTA will also provide a free Tiger Tough shirt for every student and staff member.

How is it different this year? +

No "per lap" donations. Just one flat donation. Our obstacle course is just for fun.
No individual prizes and no singling kids out. This is a team challenge, and the results benefit every student and staff member.
No outside company running the show. Our PTA is running it this year. It is a true team effort.
Fewer interruptions to the school day. Celebrations and incentive deliveries happen at lunchtime.

Grade-Level Team Challenge +

Grades are teaming up, Pre-K through 5th, for some friendly competition. The grade with the highest per-student donation average by the end of the day on Friday, November 20 wins the Grand Prize: double the teacher grant payout for that grade's classrooms.
